You can swim in the crystal-clear pools. It is incredibly romantic and quiet.
After a long hike, you can head back down into Old Town. The cobblestone streets are filled with amazing restaurants and galleries.

We might be biased, but we truly believe the hills of Old Town offer the most authentic experience in Puerto Vallarta.
It isn't for everyone. If you want the loud music and the crowded lobbies of the big hotels, this isn't it.
