It's simple. It's beautiful. It's PERFECT.<\/p>\n

The Malec\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you're staying downtown, you don't have to go far.<\/p>\n

The Malec\u00f3n waterfront strip has incredible views. The northern end near the Millennium sculpture is my favorite because there are fewer people.<\/p>\n

Pro tip: Local vendors start selling fresh churros around 7 AM. You're welcome.<\/p>\n

Mirador de La Cruz<\/strong><\/p>\n

Okay, this one requires some effort. But it's SO worth it.<\/p>\n

This hilltop viewpoint gives you 360-degree panoramic views. The entire bay. The surrounding mountains. The city waking up below you.<\/p>\n

At sunrise, you might have the whole place to yourself.<\/p>\n

Bring a jacket though. It gets surprisingly cool up there in the early morning.<\/p>\n

Want to experience the sunrise from a different perspective?<\/p>\n

Some local outfitters offer sunrise stand-up paddleboard sessions. You're out on the water as the sun comes up.<\/p>\n

It's peaceful. It's quiet. And sometimes you'll see dolphins.<\/p>\n

I'm not kidding. Dolphins at sunrise. On a paddleboard.<\/p>\n

If that doesn't sound amazing to you, I don't know what will.<\/p>\n

Another option is an early morning fishing charter. They usually head out around 6 AM.<\/p>\n
