Hey there! I\u2019m Jeff, the owner of The PVGirl, and I\u2019ve been living the dream in Puerto Vallarta for quite some time now.<\/p>\n

If you are a solo traveller or a digital nomad like me, you know that the workday can sometimes feel a bit long, even when your office has a view of the Pacific.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve found that the best way to shake off the "zoom fatigue" is to have a ritual that grounds me.<\/p>\n

For me, that ritual is heading south to Playa Conchas Chinas for the sunset.<\/p>\n

It is honestly one of my favorite things to do in the entire world.<\/p>\n

There is something so magical about the way the light hits the rocks there.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s quiet, it\u2019s beautiful, and it\u2019s the perfect place to just be<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Finding My Zen as a Puerto Vallarta Digital Nomad<\/h3>\n

Being a puerto vallarta digital nomad<\/strong> means I have the freedom to choose my scenery every single day.<\/p>\n

But with that freedom comes the need for a routine that keeps me sane.<\/p>\n

I usually wrap up my work around 5:30 PM.<\/p>\n

I shut my laptop, grab a light towel, and head out the door of one of our zona romantica puerto vallarta rentals<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The walk from the heart of the Romantic Zone (or Old Town, as we locals often call it) is half the fun.<\/p>\n

I love walking along the coastal road, feeling the breeze change from the humid city heat to that cool ocean mist.<\/p>\n

Why Conchas Chinas is the Ultimate Escape<\/h3>\n

Playa Conchas Chinas is often called the "Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta," but don't let that intimidate you.<\/p>\n

While there are beautiful villas tucked into the cliffs, the beach itself is totally public and incredibly peaceful.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s much quieter than Los Muertos beach.<\/p>\n

You won't find loud music or crowds of people trying to sell you silver jewelry here.<\/p>\n

Instead, you find these amazing natural tide pools formed by rock formations.<\/p>\n

The water in these pools is usually crystal clear and very calm.<\/p>\n

I like to find a flat rock, sit down, and just watch the tiny fish swim around while the sky starts to change color.<\/p>\n

It is SOOO relaxing!!<\/p>\n

The Colors of the South Side<\/h3>\n

The sunsets on the South Side are different than anywhere else in the bay.<\/p>\n

Because the mountains meet the ocean right here, the shadows play across the jungle in a way that is just STUNNING.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve seen the sky turn every shade of orange, pink, and deep violet you can imagine.<\/p>\n

Sometimes the clouds look like they are literally on fire.<\/p>\n

It makes me feel so grateful to call this place home.<\/p>\n

I usually sit there in total silence.<\/p>\n

No podcasts, no music, just the sound of the waves hitting the rocks.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a great time to reflect on the day or plan my next move.<\/p>\n

As someone who runs a business like The PVGirl, I\u2019m always thinking about how to make our guests' stays better.<\/p>\n

Sitting on that beach helps me clear my head so I can come up with new ideas.<\/p>\n

It feels more "wild" than the manicured beaches closer to the city center.<\/p>\n

It reminds me that nature is the real boss around here.<\/p>\n
