That is exactly what I found during my early morning visit to the Vallarta Botanical Gardens. <\/p>\n

It was easily one of the best mornings I\u2019ve had in Mexico so far.<\/p>\n

Usually, I might head out for a quick bite at a local stand, but today felt different. <\/p>\n
I wanted to be one of the first people through the gates of the garden. <\/p>\n
There is something so special about being in a place like that before the heat of the day kicks in. <\/p>\n
I hopped in a ride and headed south, watching the coastline change from buildings to thick, lush jungle. <\/p>\n
The drive itself is a mood-setter. <\/p>\n
You leave the sounds of the city behind and start to hear the wind through the palm fronds. <\/p>\n
It\u2019s about a 30-minute trip from the heart of town, but it feels like you\u2019ve traveled to a completely different world. <\/p>\n

The paths are beautifully maintained, but they still feel like they belong to the wild. <\/p>\n
I started on the main trail, surrounded by massive trees and the most vibrant flowers I\u2019ve ever seen. <\/p>\n
The silence was huge. <\/p>\n
Well, it wasn't exactly silent: the birds were having a full-on party in the canopy. <\/p>\n
But there were no voices. No traffic. No phones ringing. <\/p>\n
Just me and the jungle.<\/p>\n
I spent a long time just wandering through the orchid house. <\/p>\n

The colors are absolutely wild. <\/p>\n
I took my time looking at the tiny details of each flower. <\/p>\n
When you travel with other people, you often feel rushed to keep moving. <\/p>\n
But when you are on your own, you can stare at a single petal for ten minutes if you want to. <\/p>\n
I felt so connected to the environment. <\/p>\n
