I have lived in Puerto Vallarta for a long time. <\/p>\n

I know every corner of this beautiful town. <\/p>\n

But my absolute favorite place to find peace is Amapas. <\/p>\n

It is tucked away just past the busy energy of Zona Rom\u00e1ntica. <\/p>\n

If you are a solo traveler, you need this place in your life. <\/p>\n

It is quiet. It is green. It is BEAUTIFUL. <\/p>\n

I love how the jungle meets the sea right here. <\/p>\n

Most people stay on the main beach. They miss the best parts!<\/p>\n

I want to show you the hidden side of our neighborhood. <\/p>\n

Let's talk about the stairs. <\/p>\n

Finding the Secret Path<\/h3>\n

To find the peace I\u2019m talking about, you have to look for it. <\/p>\n

I always start my walk at the end of Los Muertos Beach. <\/p>\n

You will see a giant rock called El P\u00falpito. <\/p>\n

It looks like a big stone tower rising from the water. <\/p>\n

Right next to it, there are stone stairs. <\/p>\n

They are hidden behind some trees. <\/p>\n

I remember the first time I climbed them. I felt like an explorer!<\/p>\n

These stairs take you up and over the cliff. <\/p>\n

The view from the top is AMAZING!!<\/p>\n

You can see the whole bay from up there. <\/p>\n

Don't wear flip-flops for this part!<\/p>\n

You will walk under huge Amapas trees. <\/p>\n

They have these big green leaves that provide so much shade. <\/p>\n

It feels sooo much cooler under the trees. <\/p>\n

Eventually, you reach Playa Amapas. <\/p>\n

This is a tiny, semi-hidden beach. <\/p>\n

It is much quieter than the main beach in Old Town. <\/p>\n

I love coming here with a book. <\/p>\n

There are no loud music or big crowds. <\/p>\n

Just the sound of the waves hitting the rocks. <\/p>\n

It is pure bliss for anyone traveling alone. <\/p>\n
