I honestly think Versalles is the coolest neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta right now.
It is tucked away just behind the hotel zone, but it feels worlds apart from the big resorts.
It is flat, walkable, and filled with the most AMAZING cafes and restaurants you could ever imagine.
As a solo traveler, I feel so safe and welcomed here.
There is something about the light in this neighborhood that just makes me want to be productive.
The streets are lined with palm trees and colorful houses, and every corner seems to have a new hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

My Morning Routine in the Neighborhood

I love that I can get a world-class espresso just a few blocks from where I sleep.
And because there are no big crowds or noisy family areas nearby, it stays relatively quiet.
It is the perfect environment for deep work.
Ending the Day Right
Once the laptop is shut, the best part of Versalles begins.
The food!
I usually reward myself with a massive bowl of ramen or some of the best tacos in the city.
Everything is within walking distance.
You don't need a car, and you don't even really need an Uber unless you are heading further out.
I feel so lucky to be able to live this lifestyle.
Being a solo traveler can be intimidating, but Puerto Vallarta makes it so easy.

I can’t imagine working from a boring office ever again.
Not when I can have a view of the mountains and a fresh mango smoothie on my desk.
The balance of work and play here is just perfect.
I am so grateful for the spaces that make this possible.
