I enjoyed staying at Casa Vizcarra …clean, modern renovations, and I felt very safe alone there. There are some street noises. No, not buses or loud tourists! Just the local kids playing street soccer, and roosters crowing, and the local agua or gas vendors calling out as they go up the streetl Casa V is only 3 blocks from a market area with fresh fruits & veggies, and also many restaurants within a few blocks.
