It was an excellent location with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, markets, and favorite bar hangouts. Nights were generally quiet in the neighborhood but there is the occasional loud vehicle during the day. It is nice size studio apartment with all the amenities needed for a five week stay including great building security and personal lockbox. I did miss a patio or balcony for sitting outside reading but there are places/beach/river near by to accommodate my outdoor quiet time. I will stay there again soon.
